It was a chance occasion – a cousin’s birthday – that gave Madelin her first taste of football, and it was love at first sight.

She has made many beautiful memories from her involvement in the sport that she now credits for shaping her personality and has taught her several valuable life lessons.

And that is saying something, coming from a natural athlete who has represented Singapore in basketball at the youth level.
A midfielder who can contribute to both defensive and offensive aspects of the game, Madelin is keen to retain the Deloitte Women’s Premier League title with the Sailors.
